Started by music industry veteran Phil Chorney, BMA specializes in the protection, management, and promotion of artists across the country.

A graduate of the University of Liverpool’s Business school with a Master of Science in Global Marketing, Phil has been a leader for over 10 years in the Talent Management , Event Marketing, and Small Business Marketing sectors. The founder of the renowned Charm City Bluegrass, Phil has helped countless artists grow their profile, expand their audience, and accelerate their musical evolution.

Phil currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his two young daughters and his incredible wife. He is an avid fly and light tackle angler who guides clients in and around the Baltimore area, and is passionate about hunting, BBQ, and Liverpool Football Club.
